1.2 Service Modalities:
Online Services: Customers ship their items to us for sharpening and receive them back through return shipping.
In-Person Services: Customers may schedule an appointment to drop off and pick up items directly at our Oklahoma location.
1.3 Service Area:
Our services are based in Oklahoma, United States, but we cater to customers nationwide through online orders.
1.4 Turnaround Time:
We provide an estimated timeframe for order completion. These estimates may vary depending on workload, item condition, or unforeseen circumstances.
1.5 Custom Services:
For tools or knives requiring unique sharpening specifications, custom arrangements may be made at the discretion of Edge Works Tulsa.
2. Eligibility to Use Services
To use our services, you confirm that you meet the following criteria:

You reside in the United States and have a valid United States address.

3. Customer Responsibilities

For online orders, securely package your items to prevent damage during transit. Improper packaging may result in service delays or item rejection.
3.3 Timely Pickup:
For in-person services, retrieve your items promptly upon completion. Unclaimed items will be subject to storage fees after 14 days and may be disposed of after 30 days.
3.4 Post-Service Care:
Inspect sharpened items upon receipt. Use and store items responsibly to ensure safety and maintain the quality of the service provided.
4. Limitations of Service
4.1 Service Discretion:
Edge Works Tulsa reserves the right to refuse service for any item deemed unsafe, excessively damaged, or unsuitable for sharpening.
4.2 Performance Disclaimer:
While we aim for the highest quality, we cannot guarantee specific results or performance outcomes from the sharpening process.
4.3 Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, or third-party service interruptions.
5. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
5.1 No Indirect Damages:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
5.2 Customer Inspection:
It is your responsibility to inspect items upon receipt. Any concerns must be raised within seven (7) days of receiving your items.
5.3 Injury Disclaimer:
Edge Works Tulsa is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from the handling, use, or misuse of sharpened items.
5.4 Maximum Liability:
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
6. Shipping and Handling
6.1 Customer Responsibility:
Customers bear all shipping costs for sending items to and receiving items from Edge Works Tulsa.
6.2 Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders for Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.
6.3 Shipping Risks:
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.
6.4 Return Shipping:
Completed items will be returned using the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Disputes
7.1 Refunds:
Refunds are not available once sharpening services have been completed.
7.2 Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if work has not yet commenced
7.3 Dispute Resolution:
Disputes related to services must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of the items. Edge Works Tulsa will review the claim and propose a resolution at its discretion.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
8.2 Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed on our website.
